I can’t say enough good things about Scottys auto body shop, This family-owned gem has been a lifesaver for me and my car. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, genuine hospitality that you just don’t find at big chain shops. They took the time to explain everything to me, gave me a fair and transparent quote, and had my vehicle looking better than ever in no time. Amazing service, I have brought 3 different vehicles in the past years and I have been given nothing but amazing customer service, extremely friendly staff, and vehicles that were given back looking as good as new. Our Honda CRV is our BABY. We take super good care of it and only trust it in the best hands. When we hit a deer right before thanksgiving, we did some research and loved the reviews we read on Caliber. We had it towed up there ASAP, started the process with our insurance to take out a claim, and Caliber handled the rest from there and made it very easy. They took their time making sure the job was well done (mainly because they had to order some parts) which we would prefer over a rushed sloppy job. The guy even stayed a little late so we could pick up the car on a Friday night and not have to wait until Monday. They did a phenomenal job and even did a light detail on the interior which was totally unexpected! Would highly recommend Caliber for any car repair needs you have.

I dealt with one person throughout my car drama. JIM. He was kind, knowledgeable and communicative. When my insurance company backed out of initially promised coverage, Caliber Collision still finished the job and got me back on the road promptly. I didn't have to pleasure of waiting in the waiting room however, which was a tad disappointing. They had a popcorn machine, all sorts of candy and snacks, soda and coffee machine. They definitely cater to people first, which is comforting to see. 100% would recommend if you want to go to a place to be respected.

I will say this time it was a great experience. Got the jeep in and it was completed the following week. I was kept updated on the progress. Everything looked great! 2 years ago was with a different jeep was a little more frustrating being post covid. Parts were harder to get and took longer but the jeep came back looking great! I do recommend them.
