My experience at Willis Nissan was great! As a first time car buyer, George made my experience less stressful and spoke to me rather than my older relative who was cosigning for me, which was very appreciated. If you are looking for a new car, I would highly recommend working with George.

Lauren is the absolute best!! She has helped us with 3 new to us cars!!! One for us and 2 for our kids. She is very down to earth and knows what she is talking about!!! Special shout out to the finance guy we had all three times! He knows his stuff! He done a wonderful job explaining to our girls what he was doing and the importance of a loan.

Debbie took incredible care of me and the buying process was pleasant and exciting. I was treated well across the board and got a fair deal and a Rogue I know I am going to love. They even transferred all my stuff to the new vehicle! Above and beyond!

Had wonderful experience! Jamie M had the car waiting for us when we arrived. She knew the features of the car and made the whole process easy. Start to finish this was a seamless process. They even had someone at the end get us set up with the phone app and enable the features we wanted. Everyone was helpful and it was no pressure ever. Highly recommend a Kia and ask for Jamie M she is the wonderful.

Very happy with our service at Kia in DesMoines. Bill our salesman was very nice and helpful- it was very easy to purchase and to get our payment to where we wanted it. Drake was also a great guy who walked us through all the mechanical details and computer system ! Thank you for a great experience with buying our new K4.

First off, every single salesperson I dealt with in my time of looking at cars, and ultimately buying one, was so friendly and helpful. They listened to what I wanted, gave me options, and held the car for me when I decided I wanted to purchase. They sent me the application link ahead of time so the day I went in to buy, I was only there MAYBE an hour. Everything was all ready to go! Matt in finance was super friendly and knowledgeable. Clay was amazing to work with. Overall just really impressed with my experience. Would absolutely buy from here again!
