She was attentive and kind, and pleasant to work with. Jan greatly reduced my stress at trying on dresses, and in fact transformed the experience into a delightful adventure. The four thoughtful questions she asked as I made my final decision on a dress, confirmed that it was my favorite choice, and I did say yes to the dress that same day!
