We came for the state fair and my AC broke and we live 3 hours away. The manager was so nice, friendly and helped me get just what I needed for my car. Fantastic people working there.

Let me set the scene. My car dies two days before thanksgiving, I finally get it jumped, and I go to the autozone to get a battery. At this point it’s the day before thanksgiving, and I’m just trying to get this taken care of between working. My friend goes with me and we get the battery and let me tell you. My car is a CURSE nothing was going right and what is usually a five or ten minute process turned into at least twenty. James was incredibly helpful and funny and nice the entire time. The last time I had to get a batter at autozone I went to one on Douglas and the guy there refused to change it for me, even though it was one that was literally right on top. I could not have had a better experience at this store, and even if I move out of the south side I will be driving back over here to go to this store specifically if I need to go to an auto store for anything. It was very clean, all the workers were so nice, everything was easy to find. A+ 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for making a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

Eric helped us immensely when our van battery unexpectedly died. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and we were in and out in a flash. He also helped with another issue the mechanic didn't complete properly. Service like this is rare nowadays and I hope he is recognized for his hard work.
