I liked that I didn't get a "during business hours" vs "after hours" price - it was the same price regardless lof the time of day or night that it was. The response time was less than 45 minutes, not the usual 2-3 hour waiting period. The friendliness and humor of the driver, Mike, eliminated the stress in the situation and his experience was evident by the care he took loading and unloading the vehicle onto the flatbed.

Extremely cold day in February, they arrived a few min early from indicated pick up time. Quickly loaded and transported my jeep to repair shop. Allowed me to sit in warm cab while waiting for electronic billing to come through text. Reasonable price, excellent service, professional behavior, great care taken with my vehicle. Will recommend to anyone in the area! Thanks!

Super helpful. Patient. Kind and easy to work with. I was out of state having to deal with a difficult situation and these guys made it easy. Hurt the pocket book a bit, but everything was handled in one afternoon so I'm grateful!

Received a call from their dispatcher, she assured me a driver is on the way. I then called the driver for estimate time of arrival and discussed the issue with with car as it would not start and was blocking my driveway. Upon his arrival he was able to start my car after I made a horrible attempt to move the car to make room for the two vehicles in the garage. He diagnosed why the car wouldn’t start. I called the mechanic that the problem is the battery bracket is loose. The driver did all this while the rain kept falling. Loaded up the car and notified me car is at the repair shop!

I had a flat tire as I arrived to work today. Central Iowa Towing was notified and in under 60 minutes they arrived, removed my flat, placed a temp tire and brought my tire into a dealer for repair/replacement. Jamie identified the culprit. Their service was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and overall excellent. This is what I call customer service. Jamie was amazing. Highly recommend.

Jamie was kind and professional. He helped us tow our truck back home and even helped us push it into our driveway. Thank you so much!

Capital City Towing is the only towing company I use. They are always prompt and efficient. (Paying is so simple!) I love how they are willing to work with me to make the whole process as convenient as possible. Everyone I’ve encountered from dispatch to driver are consistently kind and compassionate when dealing with me frustrated/frightened/overwhelmed/exhausted. (Since you rarely need a tow because something good or expected happened) I have Capital City Towing saved in my phone so there is one less task to be anxious about if something were to happen to one of my vehicles.

Although it took a little while to get to my vehicle, it’s winter and I imagine they’re swamped with calls…they did a really fantastic job loading up the truck and helping put my mind at ease. Tim, one of the tow truck operators was super nice and I was genuinely impressed by his skill getting my truck onto his tow truck. Great work guys.

Found myself in need of help with a tire this morning. Capital City Towing and Recovery were quick to respond, courteous, personable, and willing to go above and beyond. They will be my first call if ever needed again.
