I had a very good experience with Carolyn! She came to our home to measure and share information on custom product and ideas for the windows in our space (sunroom, dining area & family room). Her quote was done on the spot and the estimated product turn around time is better than other companies I contacted. Carolyn is professional, prompt and has great follow up communication. I am excited for the next phase -- installation.

Totally impressed with Chris and BrightLine Custom Blinds. We got new windows in the house in 2023 and used Chris and his team to put awesome looking blinds in our house. I recently reached out because I misplaced my roller shade charger and Chris offered to drop one off at my house. I ended up finding it but was incredibly impressed with how quickly Chris wanted to help me out over a year later. We love the blinds. We love the service. Easy decision where I'll always go for anything blinds.

I could not be more impressed with BrightLine's service. Carolyn was very professional and an excellent communicator. She made what otherwise would have been a daunting task very pleasant. When a blind wasn't perfect, the installers caught the minor problem before I did, notified me, and immediately set out to make it right. They too were incredibly professional and efficient. I will definitely return to BrightLine for my next round of window treatments. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Budget blinds. Kenzie helped me through the process of picking out the right ones and getting them measured and ordered. She was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in which style worked best for each room. Nolan was our blind installer. He did a great job from removing the old ones and installing the new ones. He was very polite and courteous to work with. He did a fabulous job installing and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend using Budget Blinds.

Kenzie is amazing at guiding you through all the different styles, colors, and options—she makes the process feel simple and fun. Chris is super efficient with installs, and the whole team is just full of great people. Definitely recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They worked with me while trying to find my records and working with the manufacturer. The technician was very friendly and helpful. He was able to fix the reported concern and was very meticulous during the process. I would recommend them for their products and service.

I highly recommend Made in the Shade! They came out, measured all the windows, and installed all the blinds. Jen was amazing to work with! From helping pick out the type of shades and color, to maintaining communication throughout the process. Their team handled the installation and our house was spotless when they left.

We recently built a new house and needed blinds/shades for our entire home. Jen came out, brought all the samples with her, and gave me the best advice on what to do for each window! Then the installer, Josh, came and installed! He was just as awesome to work with! VERY friendly and kind people. Great experience.

Made in the Shade is easy to work with, they have great communication, and everyone was very prompt and professional. Jen came out and matched our shade perfectly to the existing shades in the house. We are very pleased with how smoothly the entire process went.
