I L.O.V.E. Christopher's Fine Jewelry! We have been going to Christopher's for 20+ years, they are the BEST place to purchase FINE Jewelry! Their staff onboard is always very helpful! We LOVE CHARLOTTE, who is very knowledgeable of Diamonds, Gold, Silver and Stones and is always very helpful with suggestions. They have been a local Des Moines Jewelery Store for decades! So, IF you are looking for something special for your loved one, and want the BEST OF THE BEST...run, don't walk to Christophers, you won't be disappointed! They have the best Estate Jewelry showcased!

20/10 I could not recommend them more! Everything from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with the ring was hands down the best customer service experience I have had. I walked in to see this beautiful diamond and emerald band in person after seeing their extensive stock of estate jewelry and was immediately welcomed. Charlotte was so kind, patient, and genuine. Nancy was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I was on the fence about buying right then and there as I was only stopping by without the expectation of buying before speaking with my husband, but there was no hiding how in love I was with this band and they did not rush or pressure me. I received the ring much sooner than the expected time for resizing. Nancy wrapped it so I could open it at home with my husband and it was placed in a beautiful white detailed ring box. They truly are remarkable!

I took our wedding rings into be inspected, cleaned and polished and Christophers Fine Jewelry did an amazing job! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff - excellent experience. Won't take my business anywhere else now! Christopher's Fine Jewelry is all that!! Thank you!

Today seems like the perfect day to review. It is our 31st wedding anniversary. Engagement ring and wedding band from Joseph’s!! Over the past 3+ decades of doing business with Joseph’s we have never been disappointed. Customer service long after the sale, quality and great value for our dollar are just a few of the reasons we will always be Joseph’s customers.

Joseph’s was fantastic. Everyone I worked with went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience in buying the engagement ring for my fiancée. I worked with Todd and he was excellent. Very thoughtful in helping to pick the ring that both her and I wanted, ensuring I had incredible customer service throughout. Todd and the whole team were communicative and easy to reach which made the process very smooth. I’d highly recommend going to Joseph’s.

Purchased a Rolex on the gray market. Took it to local jeweler who questioned its authenticity. Called Joseph’s and they agreed to authenticate it. They provided me with fast, professional, and empathetic service. The Rolex is authentic and so is Joseph’s Jewlers!

Very clean and bright shop with friendly owners and staff. We purchased both our engagement ring and wedding bands from Owen Jewelry, we are very pleased with what we got! We went with a very simple solitaire ring design and engraving on the inside of the wedding bands. Free resizing is a great perk if you purchase through them. They will favor customers in-store who are regulars and high-end buyers, but that didn't turn us away. It is apparent that the frequent customers are treated like family when they walk through the door. This team can be trusted to get the job done, from simple to complex designs.

I had a great experience at Owen Jewelry Design! I scheduled appointments with Bruce, and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide me through the entire process, making what felt overwhelming so much easier. I truly appreciated his patience, expertise, and the amazing result!
