It’s a small store so it’s easy to get around. The employees are helpful and friendly. Prices are average. All pet stores seem to have pretty high prices. Plenty of parking easy to get to great location. I highly recommend the store.

Rebecca was great! After recently moving to the area I brought my mini Aussie in for a full service bath and cut, and it turned out so good! Thank you so much!

Dr.List and everyone with Vetco was super friendly and great! Will definitely come back to this location next time I need a vet :)

Favorite pet store hands down! My dad and I come here at least once a week because we are obsessed! They have a nice selection of supplies, the cutest reptiles and for sure the absolute coolest and best selection of fresh and saltwater fish! The staff are so cool, friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they love animals and what they do! I always have to get some crickets and treats for my cat son. Thank you guys for everything and for being the best shop around! (Omg they also have the coolest tank set-ups!) 1000% recommend! Go check it out!!!!!

I’m new to reefing. Chris and his team have gone above and beyond to help me along my journey. I have never experienced the level of customer service this shop has given me. From fish and coral questions, to tank crashes and tank swaps, I have been taken care of above and beyond. I could not be more satisfied with this local business.

I love this place!!! They are always friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of products and are well priced and stocked. I definitely support this business for all my pets needs.

The store has the best employees. Walked in today and was instantly greeted by a wonderful young man named Lucas. I also spoke to the supervisor about her wonder employees. She was awesome as well. I think moving forward I will drive the extra few miles to this store instead of the Tiffany Springs store. Great Job to everyone in this store. Thank you for making me feel like a valuable customer.

This is our families go to local pet store. We have adopted two hamsters here at different times and had the pleasure of being assisted by Madelyn (sorry for spelling) on both occasions. Her professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to go above beyond helped so much. We really appreciate it. No store is perfect, but there is a lot to be said for great customer service.

The customer service here is amazing! Employees are always more than happy to help out and share information. Always friendly and asking about your pets or your day!
