I took my car in today to get a quote on how much it would cost to repair my back bumper. It had minor damage from being backed into. I was greeted kindly and immediately given an honest estimate on the repair. I didn’t choose to proceed with the repair because of the price, however they confirmed that I would not have any longer term negative effects if I didn’t get the bumper repaired, because they confirmed that only the external plastic part was effected. Even though my interaction was brief, I was impressed at the service, honesty, and efficiency with which my question was handled. I see now why Courtesy Body Works gets such great reviews.

The friendly and courteous staff were quick to provide an estimate and then schedule the work, obtain needed parts, and complete the repairs at reasonable cost. The car returned to me was a clean and beautiful work of art, as if it were brand new.

Some shops will refuse to accept this type of work, only want larger jobs that include collision repair. I appreciate you guys helping me with this.
