Crown Collision Center

I had a great experience at Crown Collision. I brought my Audi for a small body work in the front left fender. My advisor was Jose Alvarez - very nice and professional. He assessed the damage, set me up with a rental from Enterprise and explained the process. I had the rental for a little over a week and then Jose called to inform me that the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived he went over everything that was done, the work looked really good, as if it never happened. He then told me that I can leave the Enterprise rental with them and they'll take care of it. Overall very good experience, I highly recommend Crown Collision Center.

The gentleman who helped me and was the estimator for my car was David Thach. I highly recommend you ask for him when coming here. The amount of patience he had with someone like me who knows nothing about cars was incredible. I can’t thank him and his team enough for the great work they did on my Mercedes. I was hit on my front end and car was so depressing to look at with all the damage but thanks to Crown my car looks like new. Great job guys. Best collision center in the city by far with custom care all the way down to actual repairs.

I had a pretty deep scratch to the left rocker molding of my vehicle. I met with Steve Lukas on 11/9 and was able to schedule my vehicle for paint repair today, 11/13. Jose Alvarez took over as my contact and had my vehicle done by the end of the day. Both of them were super helpful and my car was returned to me without any signs of a scratch or paint repair.
