Im having an amazing experience with my apartment and moving in was incredibly smooth. Whenever I needed anything fixed in my apartment, the process was quick and hassle-free. The leasing team, from Sam to Laterica Johnson, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the city from my apartment is breathtaking, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need. Honestly, the entire building offers all the amenities one could want. Parking is convenient, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. A special shoutout to the maintenance team—they are truly awesome. Thank you, Team Camden, for providing such an excellent facility. I’m very happy living here!

I've been a resident in Camden Pier for 4 years, and I highly recommend it. If you like downtown St Petersburg, the location is as good as it gets. Everything you want is within walking distance. (Except the Airport. Even that is within walking distance if you're into small private planes!!). The amenities are top quality. The maintenance and concierge staff are responsive and cordial, Weekly communications with the residents concerning on-going projects is welcome. As expected, project management encountered some hiccups given the workload in the wake of back-to-back 2024 hurricanes. But they stuck with it, and the improvement is noticeable.

I attended the holiday party at Camden Pier, and it was an amazing experience! The ugly sweater theme made it so much fun, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was so well organized. A truly great time.

Great place to call home! My wife and I enjoyed living here very much. Some of my favorite features of Aura was the beautiful pool, idyllic pond, and the wide array of gym equipment. Aura is off of Gandy which is a busy road but due to how far back it is, it feels nestled away from the craziness of St. Pete. There is plenty of activities within driving distance. All beaches are roughly 30 min away, Tampa is 15 min away and downtown St Pete is 20 min away. For those worried about hurricanes, despite being a flood area, Aura was the only property on the street that was not affected by flooding. I went through three hurricanes during my time there and I did not have one issue. Last but not least I have to give a shoutout to management, AJ and Hans are truly incredible, compassionate and empathetic. You will be hard pressed to find a management team comparable to Aura.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Sold our house and moved from out-of-state, and Aura @ 4th may convince me never to be a homeowner again! They are quick to service requests. They care about us tenants & listen to us: they ordered 7.5- and 12-lbs dumbbells for the gym because I requested them as a female weightlifter! 10/10!

This is the first apartment I lived at when I first moved to Florida and so glad that I did. I lived here for about 3 years and can say with full confidence that this is such amazing place. The staff are amazing and are very responsive. Maintenance is always on time and ready to fix any problems you throw at them. They even teach you ways on how to fix certain issues yourself. It feels like they care about you as an individual and will help out on the smallest of things. They have a great pool and workout facility (you don't even need to get a gym membership). I cannot recommend living here more! Only reason I left was due to personal reasons.
