Very trustworthy. I was looking for a homegrown auto shop in St. Petersburg and I am so glad I found this place. They did a great job on the repairs, were prompt at getting me into the shop and contacting me and they respected my budget. They told me what absolutely needed to be done and what could wait. The service was great and left me regretting ever going to more commercial auto shops in the past. Wish I had found them sooner. Also, the service was friendly and everyone I talked to was helpful.

Great customer service and service, the staff is very qualified in many areas and were able to explain why our auto needed repair. Can't find many of these teams around. The term customer service is thrown around these days but rarely accurate. Victory Automotive Service has developed the culture to go along with the saying. They are fantastic! Wow. These guys are good. They're honest and reasonable for what they do and they went above and beyond the call of duty. They also saved me a bunch of money by showing me how the issue another local respected shop said I had was not true and was just a way for that shop to make some money off me. This is coming from someone who knows just enough about cars to be dangerous. All of our cars are coming here from now on whether they're imports or not.

Great service!!! Ryan, the service manager, has always gone above and beyond to give me HONEST and insightful feedback on getting my imports in top shape the few times I've brought them here. There are cheaper shops in Tampa Bay, but it's well worth the money for the peace of mind knowing I can trust the work that's been done on my car. I'll never go anywhere else again. Thanks, guys!!
