MATTRESS FIRM 4TH STREET SOUTH REVIEWS

We originally bought a mattress online. Don't do that! A mattress is something you need to try out in person. The one we bought online was incredibly firm even thought it was supposed to be the medium level of firm. We went to this mattress firm and an employee named Rachel, walked us around the whole place and really helped us figure out what we really needed. She was kind and very helpful. The price was a little more than I would have liked to pay, but since you only buy a new bed about once a decade, it was worth it. The only down side was the delivery. They gave me a 2 hour delivery window and the delivery people really did not seem to care at all about their jobs. Despite the delivery, I still highly recommend this place.

Tom Chase is the best! He gave me an amazing price on a new mattress I desperately needed. He listened to the issues I was having with my current mattress and experiencing back pain and soreness and made suggestions for mattresses he thought would help. I went to the store a couple times laying on them over and over until I made my decision and Tom was patient in my decision making with no pressure or hard sales. After the delivery guys ripped the first mattress during delivery Tom did everything he could to find me another one and got it redelivered to me quickly! If you ever need a new mattress he is the guy to see! Thank you Tom.

Tom in the St Pete store was extremely friendly and helpful. I had tons of questions and he was both patient and kind. He was knowledgeable about all of the different options that are available to you in their store and was able to explain all of the differences between mattress types. This was very helpful for someone who had no knowledge in this area coming in. I’m very happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend this store to friends and family.

I went into the mattress warehouse and was amazed by how much knowledge Mattress Mike had. We used the bed match system, which it was new to us and have never seen it in another store. It recommended a lot of different mattresses in the right support. We ended up buying our mattress and adjustable base and will always recommend people to come talk to Mike at Mattress Warehouse!.

"Mattress Mike" is the man! Once you step foot into Mattress Warehouse you immediately feel welcomed. Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. We have been back twice making sure we chose the right mattress and we absolutely did. I would highly recommend purchasing your new mattress from this store and specifically this location!!.

Great service! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a system that you lay on and it recommends what type of bed is best for your body and sleep style.

SLEEP NUMBER ST. PETERSBURG REVIEWS

We purchased our p5 bed from Erika about a month ago (and we are sleeping amazing!) now and she has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Helping my wife and I find our numbers and answering our billion and one questions. We highly recommend using her if you are interested in one of these beds. The delivery day went smooth, they worked quick and efficiently to get the bed up and running. It is safe to say we are very pleased with our bed.

Searched and tested all the different mattresses out there. Had my mind set on the Purple. Drove past Sleep Number on the way home thought I’d try it out. Was blown away. Actually felt my pressure points disappear. Most comfortable mattress out there in my opinion. If the bed doesn’t sell itself ask for Mary Jane. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, just a pleasure to deal with.

It was a great experience, loved to be able to feel how the bed was going to feel prior to purchasing, it was a neat exercise they did to give a feel for real comfrontable sleeping. Thanks so much, would recommend the investment of good sleep.
