Not only did he test my charging system but he lended me the tools to get my alternator out and also mentored me on information about my charging system. No matter how busy he got, while helping me, he never got frustrated and continued to help me with my charging system. I showed up after days of stressing over my battery. When I came in, one of the employees TJ immediately ran to help me even though they were busy. He was quick, efficient, kind, and professional.
