David Reynolds is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. When I went in the first time for a consultation to fix my rings, Sean evaluated my ring and was able to explain how to go forward with a repair. He gave me all of my options and did not push me in any direction. I came back at a later date after deciding what I wanted to do, and they saved my ring. It looks brand new and the quality of the work is astonishing. You cannot go wrong with David Reynolds. They truly stand behind their work, and you cannot deny their passion for this craft. It’s important to know, that I was terrified to bring my ring to a different jeweler. The first I went to in Clearwater did such a poor job, even though they had high reviews. They left behind solder, didn’t polish, the stone was crooked, etc etc. And so, after meeting Sean and having him validate my concerns, I felt that I could trust them. He was able to explain what they would have done to make a clean and neat repair. TLDR; David Reynolds is a fantastic shop that delivers high quality craftsmanship. 110% confidence from this customer, would absolutely go back for any of my jewelry needs or wants. Reasonable pricing and turnaround time. Thank you.

They handled everything with my insurance company seamlessly and took the time to explain why the ring bent the way it did, which I really appreciated. I also had my wedding band resized, and both pieces came out absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail and customer care exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to David Reynolds for all of my jewelry needs.

DJ and the whole team at Diamonds Direct has been beyond accommodating and amazing! They helped us find my perfect engagement ring, both of our wedding bands, and several other beautiful pieces. There’s always a personal touch and I couldn’t recommend more highly.

I have watched the diamond direct commercials for years and always wanted to go to their store. Very welcoming environment and was truly impressed with the brilliance of the lab grown diamonds. DJ was great at providing a nice experience and giving me options to ensure my wifes 60th birthday gift is amazing. Will be going back for service, quality, price, and customer experience.

DJ did great helping me pick the perfect piece. He offered honest opinions and it did not feel like he was just after a sale. I bought a good stingray, the chain, and ring. I created a great wish list as well for later purchases. Thanks DJ for a wonderful experience.

They offered me the best price on jewelry that once symbolized love that went south. They understand that people sell jewelry for many reasons, most emotional and some financial. They are very professional and gave a few days to consider their offer and they honored that offer.
