Glen and everybody at Crown Hyundai was extremely easy to work with. We went in and test drove a vehicle and Glen presented all the features and options. We went through our wants and needs and was NO pressure at all. We ended up shopping around and couldn’t beat their first offer they presented to us. She made us feel so welcomed and was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable on the products. She was on our side ensuring she could do everything in her power to get us the best deal possible. Without Ashlee’s help I can’t say we would have walked out with a new car. Special thanks to “K.K.” as well for making it happen on the back end for us. John in finance deserves some praise as well, very nice man ensuring a smooth finalization of the deal. Brad was super cool to work with - he let me test drive a variety of models and really helped direct me into the model and trim that was most appropriate for what I wanted and my price range. Tim and Carlos were excellent. We originally were just browsing when we met Tim and he unlocked the 2022 f150 Tremor for us but we weren't ready to make the commitment to that truck yet and Tim understood. Carlos caught us right before leaving and after test driving the truck completely sold us on it and was completely professional and respectful. He wasn't overly aggressive or pushy. Would absolutely go through him or Tim again. Overall it was a great experience.

Carlos was helpful and responsive, showing true care for his customers. He’s a great representation of how positively AutoNation operates. Neeko was also super helpful and I appreciate the way he helped me gain confidence in my decision. Would buy again from AN for sure.

I am so impressed with the service I received at AutoNation Ford in St Petersburg yesterday. I got right in on time per my appointment. Alex McGuire was fantastic as a service advisor, he made sure I was comfortable to wait for the work to be done and he kept me updated on what was being done.
