Tim and Carlos were excellent. We originally were just browsing when we met Tim and he unlocked the 2022 f150 Tremor for us but we weren't ready to make the commitment to that truck yet and Tim understood. Carlos caught us right before leaving and after test driving the truck completely sold us on it and was completely professional and respectful. He wasn't overly aggressive or pushy. Would absolutely go through him or Tim again. Overall it was a great experience.
