I have had a positive experience with Reece window from start to finish Gerald introduced me to the the company. Angelo was the salesman that gave me a demo and answered all questions Jim was the man to take the measurements and explain the process. Pedro and Luis were the installers who were very considerate and respectful of my house and kept the job site spotless. Jason checked in on the day of installation to be sure that my questions and any concerns addressed. They were all professional and friendly. I’m very satisfied with my choice of Reece Windows and all staff involved.

What a great team! They came in early Monday morning & were polite, professional & worked tirelessly throughout the entire day. They were so friendly & accommodating when we were in the way. They completed the upstairs on 1st day, which is incredible because we have so many odd shaped windows & this was a full house project! Main level nearly completed on Day 2, w/only master bdrm left! I can FEEL the difference around my windows that there is NO draft or breeze! Seriously regretting we didn't do this sooner.

My PGT hurricane impact windows were just installed. They are beautiful. I can't get over how beautiful my house looks as a result. I got 5 estimates from different companies. I decided upon Bat Glass for 3 main reasons over the others. 1. High percentage of Google reviews reflected a great customer experience with both service and product. 2. I visited their office and liked the vibe I got from the employees and could view the product I wanted to install. 3. Their salesman, Drew. He was so patient with me and no high pressure sales techniques like this price is good if you sign today crap. I want to give a shout out to the window installation team under team lead David. They did a great job. Were very friendly and professional and patient with me as well. Bay Glass prices were in line with the other estimates I got from other companies. So I'm very happy. Also wanted to note working with the office personnel was a great customer experience as well. Kimberly was very helpful and available for my questions. I highly recommend this company for their quality and service.

Excellent experience having my sliding doors installed. The installation crew was courteous and very efficient. The punch out crew was also quick and effiecient. I would especially like to commend Kimberly in the office who I "bothered" numerous times for information while awaiting the permit. I highly recommend Bay Glass & Window.
