Gerber Collision & Glass Aurora

Beyond helpful and friendly staff. Everyone I have met there has been very kind and understanding. They're always super busy there, but they do tremendous work and treat everyone with respect. Couldn't be happier with the final result on my car. The only issue I had was the old fashion payment methods. Really put me in a bind when I couldn't use my preferred payment methods. I blame corporate for dropping the ball on that and not supporting their staff with more modern equipment. All in all, though I had a great experience at this location.

Huge thank you to Eduardo for the thorough exam for my car. I went to a different gerber location previously and they did not put the time or effort into looking into every small detail after my accident. Eduardo took his time, very detail-oriented, and great at communicating the next steps to get my vehicle repaired. He was even so kind to tape my bumper that was falling to the ground due to my accident until i’m able to make an appointment to get it fixed.
