Had my Xterra rear-ended and the Insurance wanted to total it. Pat's worked with me outside of insurance; allowing me to provide good used body parts and purchased OEM parts; understanding that there would be no warrant on those parts. So, between all of that, got the final repair down to ~40% of the original. And it looks like nothing happened! Will definitely get my repeat business.

5/5 Best quality service and friendliest garage in town! Even washed and detailed my car for free and I only came in for a small 2x2in dent repair! PAT's Body Shop & Towing went above and beyond, were professional, and even gave me a ride to and from the rental agency! They checked all my boxes for what makes a quality business with quality people, and I will definitely be a return customer!
