NAPA Auto Parts Houston

We went to Autozone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto, Home Depot and Tracor Supply looking for a heim joint for our truck. Ms. Stella was awesome when she didn't see it on the computer she pulled out the catalog and found what we needed in less than 2 minutes!!! She is the only business that went above and beyond to help a customer. Thank you again Ms. Stella for all of your help it was greatly appreciated.

John's customer service is off the charts. Very helpful and kind. The best experience I have ever had at an Auto Parts store. He went above and beyond and made my day spectacular. If anyone knows John at Napa on Sellers Road in Houston, Texas tell him 2011 Honda Pilot (a/c compressor) says stay being awesome.

I have found parts there when others say dealer item or not available but I'm constantly surprised they have what I'm looking for and great willing to help service something that's seems to be rare nowadays.
