Came here for the first time last weekend and WOW. These are seriously amazing bagels and bagel sandwiches. I was astonished at how good the bread was and how quality everything was. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the line was out the door. I vowed not to be deterred by the line and the line moved pretty quickly. I ordered the Shyne with bacon and got the sandwich to go. I was really impressed with how amazing this sandwich was. The bodega-style egg was something I hadn't ever had before and the bacon was plentiful on the sandwich. Everything just worked together, especially with the bagel (which was SOOOO good). I keep thinking about this place so I'm hoping I'll be back soon!.

stopped by on a whim and there was a small line even though it was 30 degrees outside. as a californian that was so wild to me that people would stand outside in line while it’s so cold but after getting my order i understood why. the cashier was super friendly and helped me choose my order. we got the the thunderbird, the royal palm, a cappuccino and a cinnamon latte.

Get the apple babka muffin and thank me later. The bagels are also delicious, but don't sleep on the other desserts. I also got the mountaintop view sandwhich and it was savory and filling. Prices are quite reasonable and they have a lot of variety. I am sure you will find something you like. If you are in the neighborhood it is definitely worth a stop.

I’m not a bagel person, but this place turned me into one. I live 45 minutes away, and I woke up at 5:30am on a Saturday to be one of the first customers here this morning. These are the best bagels I have ever had. They are soft and chewy on the inside. The Everything bagel has some salt in it, which makes it so flavorful. But the best bagel IMO is the Jalapeño Cheese bagel. Bagel prices are unclear but they appear to be $1-2 each. The store atmosphere is cozy and simple, and it appears to be run by a family. I will now be bringing all of my friends and out of town guests to this place. I parked on the street, which wasn’t a problem at 6am on a Saturday. However parking may be difficult to find, otherwise. Highly recommend!.

Best bagel in DC. They’re fresh, fluffy, perfectly chewy… absolute perfection. The everything has salt mixed in w the seeds, which to me is key to an everything bagel. They are cash only, so come prepared, but with that comes insanely low prices for DC. $3 flat for a bagel w plain cream cheese, $4 for flavored cream cheese! Line gets a bit long on weekend mornings, but moves quickly - they have their system very streamlined.

Simply amazing. Food is great. There are a large variety of local made bagels and topping. For those from an operation field, this place is a class itself. The family shows how operations should be. Fast and quality service with a superb product.

Went for breakfast. I got an onion bagel with sausage, egg and cheese with cream cheese. It was delicious. We watched them take bagels out of the oven. It was so fresh. We are going back today and the rest of our trip for breakfast. The staff are friendly. The music was a bit loud. Extremely busy place. We sat outside at the tables. Really great place.

Most amazing breakfast food find during our trip. I had the Lox and it was fantastic. Coffee was great and the bagels were perfect. It was so good we came back 3 days in a row. 2 for breakfast and 1 for bagels. Just wish they had more inside seats.

What a delightful find. The space is bright and colorful and welcoming. The menu has some great options, and the bagels are really delicious. I had The Pharmacy Special (scallion and chive cream cheese, tomato and bacon). Will be back.
