The chef, Kevin Bludso, is also a TV personality and a two-time winner of the Steve Harvey Hoodie Award. All the meats are seasoned with special dry rubs and slow-smoked for up to 14 hours using real hardwood logs, charcoal, and fire. Bludso's BBQ can cater events of any size. Bludso's BBQ also serves happy hour food and great cocktails. They also have locations in La Brea, Santa Monica and Van Nuys and offer takeout, delivery, and catering services.”
