Their vast selection, accommodating service, welcoming attitude, made all the difference compared to other bridal shops (including a few in NYC that I visited). The dress I had wanted to try on there didn't arrive in time and they went above and beyond to communicate this to me timely as well as propose other times/options. Specifically, Kateri was an incredible help! She provided such considerate, helpful, and valuable advice and expertise when I was comparing different dresses. She is so patient and has such genuine energy and interest, that really made a difference in my dress shopping experience! Thanks again.
