SOUTHERN FORD REVIEWS

Southern Ford in Newport News made what’s usually a stressful experience into something smooth, clear, and actually enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working with Amber, a product specialist, who was incredibly patient and informative every step of the way. She made sure we understood all the features, answered every question without rushing us, and kept the whole process transparent. On the financing side, Joe was just as great. He took the time to walk us through every possible option, never pressured us, and genuinely worked to find something that fit our needs and budget. It was clear that both Amber and Joe had our best interests at heart. If you’re looking for a team that listens, cares, and actually knows what they’re doing, Southern Ford is it. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The sales team at Southern Ford is amazing! Our salesman Rob has helped almost everyone in our immediate family over the past 2 years get in a vehicle of their dreams!! Thank you sir for your hard work and your “never give up” attitude to make happiness happen!! I’ll be back soon, ready to get Mama in a ride! Thanks to you and Mr. Jared Stark (finance) for helping my “grown” kids have an enjoyable “1st time buyer” experience! Much appreciated! Go see them, ask for Robert “Rob” Muir. You won’t regret it.

Awesome group to work with! Southern is top shelf—-Highly recommended. Thank you Amber (Salesperson), Kelcey (Sales Manager) and Guy (Finance Manager) for an easy and smooth pre-order of a 2025 Bronco Sport! You all delivered on your promises and communicated all along the way. We absolutely love it and will be back next time we need another vehicle. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

CASEY HONDA REVIEWS

This will be my 3rd car purchase from Casey Honda since 2021. And I have to say I've always felt like I've been treated fairly and with good service. But this last time, my salesperson was Joseph Bolton. He is a very easygoing, no pressure salesperson. Answering any question you have. And giving very helpful information. Just an all-around great person. So if you are in the market for a Honda car or suv And you want a great buying experience. I highly recommend Joseph Bolton. Moving forward, he is my salesperson from here on out. Also, I would like to thank Rick, one of the sales managers, for working things out for me on a great deal.

I went in looking for a van. The salesman, J'air came up to me to help me. So friendly and showed me exactly what I wanted. Casey Honda is so easy to work with. I got the Honda Odyssey. They cleaned it up and I was on my way. It is beautiful. I love it. Everyone is great to work with. No pressure. Thank you J'air and Casey Honda.

They were very helpful with our new car purchase! J'air was so knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed and Asli was great with explaining all the different warranties. We will definitely be back for any future purchases.
