These folks took amazing care of my car -- the issue was diagnosed and repaired, and I was able to pick it up the next day. She's running better than she has in ages, and I'll be bringing her back for future maintenance. In addition, the employees are fantastic people, and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I very much appreciated being offered water and snacks for the road (it was a stressful day, and cookies make things much more bearable!), and the thank-you note on my dash when I picked my car up, was a great touch. In short, every single 5-star review for this shop is 100% deserved! Thank you, Guaranteed Auto Services!

Solid!!!! Leaving work on the Harley, I pull out and immediately know my back tire is flat… a quick google search pulled this shop up, so I limped the bike over and requested to use their air to fill up and temporarily fix the motorcycle tire to make it home….. they accommodated without hesitation and even assisted me in getting the tire ready to rock and roll so I could get back on the road and make it home! Superb customer service, personable employees! Highly recommend making this shop your go-to for all needed repairs and maintenance! Without hesitation, I would trust them with all my mechanical needs!!!

Had a flat tire, and Ike was super helpful. Got me in and out real quick and tried to do everything they could to help me out.

They are great knowledgeable, and friendly people. Love this place for all my car needs. I took it there to get an oil change and state inspection, and they were done in 2 hours. I have priorities for life at my dealership, but they take all day for simple things, so I take my cars to Bill Smith's for everything.

Replaced the fuel pump assembly and filter. Also did an inspection, which is very appreciated. The car was ready when promised. Jeff provided accurate info throughout and was just terrific!

We've been using Bill Smith's Auto for years for their business vehicles. They've always been courteous, reasonable, and trustworthy. I can't recommend Bill Smith enough.

Needed to get water pump replaced Brian and Liz were great. Liz is so down to earth I told her my situation and she worked everything out for me and had me in and out within hours. She’s the best!

Very nice looking and clean shop. Nicest waiting area I've been in for an auto shop. Shop is easy to get rid n and out of. The staff was friendly, and they got me in and out quickly.

First experience with B & L Auto and I will definitely be going back! I was in and out for a state inspection. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful!
