This was and is the only thing I went to OfficeMax for! Everything is great, as they listened to me explain the minor difficulties I was experiencing with the machine. The refunded the mistaken copies!! I got quite a few pages I am collecting from some books I bought copied, to put in a special collection. It's purpose is to make it easier for me to FIND them! Overall, I am very satisfied.

Excellent service by an employee. Helped me with copying and multiple mailings regarding sensitive time documents, carefully checking each address, and looking up information to ensure proper mailing. Took time with each person even when they were under strict covid guidelines. Wore a mask, utilized hand sanitizer, and offered all individuals assistance. The insured proper number of individuals inside the store during my 2 visits. Very pleasant to each person. I just had eye surgery and was in an arm and leg brace post-injury and they managed to work with me and others efficiently. I appreciate their service and kindness.
I went to the UPS store last Thursday with an Amazon return. The associate who helped me was very helpful and also handled several requests at the same time. I thought she did a great job for everyone in the store at that time.
