My husband and I took a tour of the Villages at Stoney Run and it was beautiful! Colin was pleasant and helpful in answering all of our questions! They have a beautiful pool area that gives resort vibes and the community center looks like it would be great for parties! The gym was clean and had great equipment to use. The apartment we toured was spacious and had a great layout! The grounds were beautiful and we could tell the service team really knows how to keep it looking fantastic as they were working while we were there. This apartment is definitely at the top of our list!

I've been living here since 2018 & don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The leasing office are always courteous and eager to help me whether it's account related, printing needs, or just friendly conversation. Maintenance has always assisted with my needs within reasonable times. The retail area and the resort style pool have to be my favorite parts of the community. I love having close access to restaurants and convenience locations. The pool is always enjoyable and a staple for me, daily, during the summer months. Lifeguards always on duty. I am looking forward to gym upgrades because the equipment has become outdated overtime but that is to be expected. Overall I am happy with my experience at Stoney. They are real people who listen and want to keep their residents happy.

I have lived in this community for almost 6 years and they have always taken great care of me. Even though the dynamics of our community have changed over the years, the staff and maintenance have always lended a helping hand and extended nothing but kindness and patience to me, even in my hardships. If the community was as bad as people are saying it is, I wouldn’t have been here as long as I have and plan on being. I am appreciative of Maddy and Colin for their professionalism and friendship over the years!

Wow!!! I took a tour of the new Venture Apartment property and I am truly impressed! The apartments are very nicely laid out, have a lot of storage and closet space, and the property has tons of amenities. Among the amenities that Venture boasts are: a lovely salt water swimming pool - complete with cabanas, a very nice outdoor grilling area, a very nice outdoor kitchen area, a clubhouse, a fitness center, an indoor pet washing area, and more! I took a lot of pictures, so be sure to give them a look! This is a really awesome property!!! I would reccomend this apartment to anyone looking to lease something pet friendly, yet quite upscale.

Ms Tiffany was very pleasant and welcoming in showing us an apartment and starting our application. The apartment is for my daughter and I'm comfortrd to have Ms. Tiffany being a point of contact at the complex. She is a valuable employee to Venture apartments.

I visit friends there. They love it. Parking's great. Amenities are super. Every time I go, the leasing agent is the absolute sweetest & inviting agent or manager anywhere. Her personality and warmth, alone, would sell me on the Venture apts.
