Honestly one of the best shops you can take your car to get fixed. I got hit head on by a drunk driver and had taken it to a shop prior to this one and they had honestly returned the vehicle to me in worse condition they i dropped it off. but bay customs did an amazing job. They keep in contact with you every stop of the way. I didn’t have to reach out or anything they kept me very updated and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. And Taylor in specific was very pleasant to work with.

My fairly new Lexus was involved in a recent fender bender. When I contacted the dealership for bodywork and repair, they recommended Bay Custom Auto first. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I liked the app that helps track the repair's progress and communication with the insurance company. I got my car back and she looks good as new! Hopefully I won't have any other accidents, but if for some reason I do, I know exactly where to go for quality service.

From the day I brought my car in to the day I picked my car up. Caliber Collission has been exceptional! Constant communication throughout the whole process. My car was ready 3 days before they said it would be. They did an amazing job replacing my passenger door on my brand new car. The paint matched perfectly. You can't even tell it's a new door or that it had 3 bullet holes in it. And they washed my car and vacuumed out the inside! If I or anyone else I know ever need to get there car repaired I will recommend them 100 times over and only choose them!
