Best Auto Body Shops in Newport News

I went to 3 other body shops before arriving at Bay Custom Auto and my final place was the best. They gave a fast estimate and did the work exactly as predicted. Actually got done 4 hours early. The price was several hundreds less then the other 3 places I went to. Cleaned my car spotless too. Even made my tires black and shiny. They were so efficient and friendly. This place is fantastic! My car looks awesome!!!!

New Beginnings did an outstanding job on my car. The repairs were done within the estimate time. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The quality of the work done was top notch. They have really good team which was apparent when I visited the shop. Thomas is a ppl person he was very reassuring and reasonable as I had a lot of questions about the repairs... he answered them all My car was washed and vacuumed and ready for pickup on pickup day ???????? I have already started to recommend my friends to New Beginnings. Thanks New Beginnings job well done.

Excellent service on our less than one year old Subaru Forester. Someone ran a stop sign, requiring replacement of the whole front end. The owner and staff were wonderful through the whole process. They kept us informed and helped us do business with two Subaru dealership service departments to recalibrate everything and make the car be perfect again. This help was given to us over a period of months. We highly recommend this business. Thanks so much!

The staff was friendly and efficient. Drop off date was changed twice, once by them, once by me, but communication was great. My car had major rear end damage and the repair (reconstruction) was perfect.

This was my second time taking my vehicle to One-Stop. On each occasion, the staff was very courteous and professional. They were able to assess the problem immediately, and had my vehicle ready in no time at all. I highly recommend them!!
