Colony Construction is the only team I would call to do work on my house. Herb, Jeremy, and the entire team are the absolute best to work with. They are kind, supportive, respectful, and do fantastic work. I had a leak under the slab and standing water in my first floor. Colony responded quickly and immediately began doing mitigate work and planning for repairs. My entire first floor was torn a part and Colony had all repairs completed quickly and efficiently- including dry wall repairs, new laminate flooring, new carpet, and new paint. My house looks brand new! Not only do they do great work, but they have the best team! Jeremy was in constant communication through the whole process to make sure I understood what to expect and next steps. Herb made negotiating and working with my homeowners insurance a breeze. Chris, Timmy, and Mike did amazing work and were a pleasure to work with. I always felt like Colony had my best interest in mind and was fighting for me. The entire Colony team made a stressful situation easier. Thanks guys.
