They had a great selection of quality mattresses at unbeatable prices — I was honestly surprised by how affordable everything was. Delivery was quick and hassle-free, and I’ve been sleeping better ever since. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, value, and excellent customer service.

Really impressed with the service I received. Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of mattress that would best suit my needs. It took me several days to make it back to purchase the mattress, but he still remembered who I was. Prices are reasonable, including delivery prices and the delivery was quick! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, quality mattress.

We initially purchased a mattress here two years ago, to say the least, great purchase and great staff. We are back to purchase our second mattress with the help of Isaiah! Cool guy and great manager.

We went in on a pretty busy Saturday afternoon and were helped pretty promptly by Rich. There’s a process there they kind of go through where they take you to one of their most popular beds and help you find your sleep number for the adjustable firmness and then take you to the various mattresses. Rich was very informative, answered all of our questions, 0 pressure to buy, etc. We ended up choosing a mattress with the adjustable base. They have great sales and financing options with 0% interest. One of the things that impressed me the most was the communication after the sale. After pretty much finishing our paperwork we were chatting and saying we were overdue for one and excited about our decision because we had a friend who highly recommended them and he said “oh well that counts as a referral so have them go into their app and later you can send me the referral code via text and it will qualify for free delivery”. To which he 100% followed though on days later via communicating by text from his personal cell phone. I even got a call from the finance company saying it was removed. Excellent customer service that makes you feel great about your decision.

Had a great experience at the Newport News Sleep Number store. No pressure to buy. Rich was very informative and demonstrated all the features, determined our comfort settings and answered all our questions. We had Sleep Number beds in the past and know they are exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommend the NN store.
