Jared at the Newport News Sleep Number Store was amazing. He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered a lot of questions and managed two little kids beautifully. He closed the deal and we can’t wait for our new bed! The store was busy, the product felt amazing! We were not rushed. You need to try a sleep number!

Melissa is a prime example of an excellent sales rep/ manager. She helped me find the perfect bed for my budget. She knows her product and I can tell she’s an excellent leader for this store. I will absolutely be recommending Melissa and sleep number to all my friends and family!

We have owned the i8 Sleep Number bed for 12 years and decided to upgrade to the 360 Smart bed with adjustable base. They are the best beds we have ever owned. Now our guests will get a treat when they visit

Kareem was great. He helped us with 2 boxsprings and gave us a good price. Will come again if we need mattresses. They have mattresses and boxsprings in stock and ready to go. We were in and out. Highly recommend

Great mattress buying experience. My wife and I were shopping for a mattress for our new house. We went to a different furniture store first with a strong desire to purchase. The sales person was nice but didn’t meet our needs with what was offered. Out salesperson at Mattress Firm was great. No pressure selling environment and she accurately responded to our needs and answered all of our questions. In the end we purchased a Tempur Pedic firm king mattress with the adjustable base. We couldn’t be happier with the product or the process!!

It was nice, quiet, personable. No one looming over us, giving us that slight uncomfortable feeling of being watched while you try all your normal sleeping positions on a bed in the middle of the store. Very helpful with out any of the pushiness for a sale. Great experience.
