We went to 3 other car dealership and couldnt get an approval because im already currently paying on car. I called and explained my situation to the financial manager, gave him my info over the phone. 20 minutes later I got my approval. I went to see tinguan and rolled out with a Atlas. Application easy. Paperwork easy. Thank yall for our second vehicle we very much appreciated it.

I just bought my second car at VW in Oakland. It’s been a great a flawless experience both times. I also have my cars serviced and maintained there and it always leaves me with the feeling that people care about your experience both at the showroom and the service department. I have been provided with uber rides as many I needed for the duration my car was serviced and ultimately a loaner for a longer period which I didn’t actually use but decided to get a new car instead. The process was seamless and easy. At the service department I was assisted by Clarissa who did everything to make it easy for me, returned my calls and texts promptly and she went above and beyond expectations to help me out. I felt cared by her. At the showroom I was helped by Riley (not sure of the spelling) he is the most knowledgeable and kind person and the sales manager Tony who finalized the purchase of my new car, I was in and out in one hr driving my new car happily home. Great team all around.

We had an excellent experience at Oakland VW this weekend. From Fabian greeting us and expertly showing us cars to Dennis arranging a test drive and finally to Tony helping us secure an incredible deal. We walked in slightly curious and walked out owners of a gorgeous VW ID4 and are so happy! Fabian is an effective salesperson without being pushy and the service we received was outstanding. I highly recommend this dealership and talking with Tony about purchasing options. This is a top notch team.
