I lived at this complex for 12+ years. My only reason for moving was because I bought a place. It was the perfect location for Bart (public transportation), restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. I had the pleasure of dealing with their great staff. Patty Hernandez was the manager and was great to deal with on any issue. I knew she would listen and take any suggestion I had and work with me. She was very kind and very fair during my time at the Uptown Apartments. She will be missed. I would also like to mention the maintenance crew who were wonderful to work with, Pryce, Diego and Alex. They worked very hard and always with a positive outlook. The front desk staff were also great and easy to communicate with, Aliece and Jasmine. I am going to miss this staff very much. I would definitely rent at this location and with this staff, if that opportunity shall ever arise.

At The Uptown we found everything we were looking for, the staff is wonderful, from the cleaning staff, maintenance, security, lease and the manager. They have always been helpful to everyone I have asked for help. The place looks extraordinary. Every day the staff goes out of their way to keep everything running smoothly. I tell my friends that everyone should move to this property. This is paradise! Everything is impeccable. Thank you uptown team

The apartment and amenities are first tier and beyond our expectations, but most importantly, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Mary, our leasing agent, for making my parents feel so at home in the leasing process.

She took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights about the property and the surrounding area. Her professionalism and warm personality truly made a difference. If you’re considering Allegro at Jack London, I highly recommend reaching out to Lisa—she’s amazing!

I have lived at Allegro for a few years. Every now and then for various reasons I have to go into the office. I find dealing with Lisa to be pleasant and effective. She works in the leasing office. Most recently I went in to the office to get a parking spot which requires an addendum to the lease. Lisa was able to help me, and ensure I got a parking spot that fit my needs. I am thankful and happy.

Lisa was very professional and kind. I immediately felt welcomed into the community. She knew all the residents we encountered and greeted them kindly - was clear that she cared about residents and making them feel cared for

I have lived in the Bay Area for 8 years and my time at Alta was by far the best apartment I lived in and I was so sad to leave. Shara, Dom and Faze are amazing! Professional, kind & responsive, they made our life at Alta super comfortable. If you are searching for an apartment I guarantee you will love it here. It’s not a huge apartment building so maintenance and management are always on top of things. The gym is clean and felt like a home gym when I worked out. The common areas are great and never crowded which is a plus. Whole Foods is a couple of minutes away and the lake is right there!! Thank you Shara and Dom for being super welcoming and professional. I will miss you guys!

I loved living at the Alta for a year, and would have stayed longer if I didn't have to relocate to be closer to family. The people really make this place special and differentiate it from other compexes- from Shara and Dom in the front office to the neighbors. There is a real effort to make residents feel at home and to build community through things like biweekly happy hours, resident events, and yoga/Barre classes. Maintenance requests were always very promptly completed. Shara and Dom are wonderful and always went above and beyond to help my family and me. We had a truly exceptional experience at the Alta that I'm not sure we'll be able to find again at any other building.

Since moving in here a few weeks ago, I have found the Alta Waverly team to be honestly, the best managed and personable group of folks I've ever lived under. Dom, Darrell and the rest of the team are in charge of a complex with great community, amenities, and walkability. My wife and I love living here .
