MANCINI'S SLEEPWORLD OAKLAND REVIEWS

I was in the market for 2 new mattresses and noticed this Mancini's Sleepworld after dropping my car off for service at Honda. My husband and I walked in, and Jackson took great care of us. We know nothing about mattresses other than knowing we needed new ones, and he was super helpful and informative. No pressure and provided all the facts we needed. We ended up going with one Casper mattress and one Nectar mattress, and we saved a ton of money buying them here versus online. So looking forward to getting these! Thanks Jackson.

Jackson was incredible. We went in just to browse and see what we like but that changed quickly. My partner and I have been suffering some back pain due to our bed being old & just not of good quality. He took his time explaining everything to us, telling us what the differences/similarities between the mattresses that we liked. It was a great experience. To add, it was his birthday and even worked after 8 pm which is the time they close. We really appreciate your attentiveness and customer service Jackson! Can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress!.

Khalil was great to work with. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We appreciated that he gave us some time and space to come to a decision on which bed to buy. No pressure at all! Highly recommend this store and Khalil.

DIMENSIONAL OUTLET FURNITURE REVIEWS

Got two bookcases delivered from them. The prices were pretty good, but the delivery service was outstanding. They brought the bookcases already built and installed the shelves quickly. No notes, wonderful experience.

First time shopping at Dimensional and not disappointed! I thought buying discount furniture wouldn’t be this enjoyable. Better selection of furniture and accessories than I thought I’d find. Customer service on point and don’t forget to look at the catalogs because you can order stuff.

Great you just gotta look real careful. They got some good stuff in there.

MATTRESS FIRM EMERYVILLE POWELL STREET PLAZA REVIEWS

Huge thank you to Andy at Mattress Firm! I first met him at the Alameda location, but also got his help at the Emeryville store. He really went above and beyond to help me be informed about what mattress would work best for me and my partner, and wasn’t in the slightest bit in a hurry to sell a mattress. Just there to help and inform. I ask probably an annoying amount of questions but he was friendly and informative every time and I really appreciated that. Im definitely going back to Mattress Firm and him specifically next time Im shopping for a mattress.

Art Provided great customer service! His attention and focus on being supportive and attentive, was just what I needed as I’m also in transition of moving. He validated me and provided me with information to make this purchase. The entire experience was stress-free. I highly appreciate him and the team. The store was extremely clean, well lit and great refreshing water. Thank you.

Art was super kind, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and gave honest advice. It was my first big mattress/bed purchase to support my new health challenges and I am so glad I came into the store instead of just ordering online. I was able to try different mattresses and bed frames to make the best choice. 10/10 would recommend folks to come to this location.
