GEICO BUILDERS REVIEWS

We hired Geico Builders to replace a retaining wall, some fencing, and to spruce up our front yard, and we are really happy with the results. Brian and Gene (Project Managers) were both onsite regularly, and all the guys that worked on the various projects were friendly, great, and did quality work. They cleaned up every evening, leaving our yard tidy. As with any big project, there were some challenges to overcome, and Brian consistently reassured us that the number one goal is to make sure that we are happy with the results, and they addressed whatever was needed towards that end. Most importantly, the results are awesome! | would definitely recommend Geico for any project.

I had an awesome experience with Geico Builders. Initially 1 interviewed several different companies, but Mila stood out! She listened to understand my deck & pavers project and provided great ideas. She assigned excellent crews. Superb attention to detail by Luis & Delmar and their crews. Initially I wanted to use TimberTech but changed my mind because Mila gave me a good understanding of the Trex composite quality for my deck. I would definitely recommend Geico Builders to anyone and hire them again for any future projects.

My kitchen remodel was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the initial 3D kitchen design through selecting cabinets, materials, and fixtures, the entire process was smooth and well organized. The crew was professional, punctual, and did a wonderful job bringing my dream kitchen to life. I am truly happy with the final result and how beautiful it turned out. Thank you!.

CANYON DESIGN BUILD REVIEWS

We can't recommend Canyon Design Build enough. We asked them to remodel our master suite as well as another bathroom. They were clear about the process, making sure that we understood options, choices and timing along the way. We met with the build and design team in person on a weekly basis to get questions answered and make any decision needed. We lived in the house while the work was being done, and the team on the ground was neat, polite and respectful. In the end, we are thrilled with the design outcome, especially as we headed into the pandemic with more time spent at home. We're going to use them again for our next remodel!.

I'm giving Cayon Design build a 5 star rating and I have not done business with them yet, I just stopped by with and appt during their staff meeting and the woman that came out front was so nice and very polite her upbeat spirit has me excited so excited that I can't wait to do business with them.

Worked w/ Canyon and Yuri (as designer) for our upper floor remodel which included floors, windows, balcony doors, full kitchen gut reno and moving walls etc, as well as a powder room. We are very happy with the results! Design work felt spot on, and we liked the combination of some choice where it mattered, but also not getting pulled in to every little decision. Timeline was very long because was during the pandemic, supply chains etc, but they finally finished up! Also we felt like in particular the construction work the Canyon folks did on walls, installing windows, stairway bannisters etc was top notch. And they were very good about sticking relatively tight to the agreed upon budget.

Ryan is a quality, conscientious pro. He took on a remodel of our master bath, along with two adjacent closets. He worked fabulously with the designers, and identified/coordinated excellent subs in order to stay on schedule. His attention to detail and getting the job to feel just right was second to none. He is a craftsman, and it showed in the details. The closets and bathroom exceeded expectations. We appreciated his communicative, friendly approach, and would work with Ryan again if an opportunity arose.
