Asli was my car salesman, she was awesome. She continuously went back and forth negotiating my every request and inquiry. I wanted a specific accord, and she let me know upfront that I should put a deposit because they are going quickly. I was able to deposit what I could afford. My car was clean and ready for me the very next day, everything was super smooth, and this dealership only charges the MSRP. That was a big deal for me because many dealerships across town are up charging. I’m super happy and please with the customer service and my purchase.

One of the friendliest, and nicest staff members at Casey Honda @Newport News is Brittany Castillo. I couldn’t recommend her enough when it comes to making a purchase of a vehicle feel like a pleasant transaction, and bringing a welcoming aura to an otherwise scary process. Constant reassurance throughout my waiting period, and catering to any/all questions/concerns I had means I will be recommending all of my friends, and family to go with Brittany when they are ready to purchase their next vehicle. Once again thank you for being one of the best companies, and hiring the best staff members in the area!

We just bought our 5th Honda automobile. My husband’s Element will be 20 in June so it was time to update! We bought a Ridgeline in black-BEAUTIFUL! Our salesperson Asli Ilhan was spectacular, very patient, took her time really selling us this truck but my husband was already sold. Her attention to every detail of the car was well explained & she just made it fun to test drive it. I’m sure she gives her customers her very best.
