I had a wonderful experience at Infiniti of Naperville. Kaitlyn was such a phenomenal saleswomen. She listened and really helped understand what I was looking for. She made the process seamless. She was very transparent and that is what I enjoyed the most. Joseph in the finance department was also a great resource and helped me work magic on pricing and a warranty for our new vehicle. The entire team at this location was great, and this is the best car buying experience I have had so far.
