Our experience: My hats off for the guys over Toyota Naperville five stars+. Our buyer experience was exceptional with our sales guy. Bobby was knowledgable and not pushy at all. Kind mild mannered and helped us setup of our car to get familiar with all the features. Bobby explained the car buying experience step by step. I couldn't believe the top notch customer service ten times better than the one at Romeoville. I can't stress enough how well we were treated. Even the owner and managers came around to welcome us. It was so well worth the drive. We left happy and were treated with respect. The experience was exceptional. For my next purchase I'm coming here again. These guys are Rock Stars. After the fiasco at the first dealer Toyota of Romeoville. We are so glad that in the end we found a perfect place to find our new car. Tell Ryan, Casey and Bobby that Barbara sent you. My husband and I had a great experience at this Toyota! We highly recommend Bobby. He stayed in contact with us the entire time our car was being built, sent pictures as soon as the car came in because we were out of town, and stayed late while we finalized our paperwork when we went to pick up our car. When we finished our paperwork he was not frustrated, but instead had an adorable bow waiting on our new car. 10/10 highly recommend!

I just came out of a very good experience with my first time buying a car through Toyota! Truly I am grateful for the experience and all the help from Bobby at Toyota in Naperville.
