He really listened and fulfilled all my concerns for maintenance on my car. I emailed him all of my concerns and things I wanted done prior to my appointment. He followed up, kept me informed, and updated prior to my appointment. Very detailed information and he went over all the diagnostics on my car. It was a pleasure and relaxing working with him.
