A big thank you to Alan Jones for walking me through the process of purchasing my new vehicle! I really appreciated him asking questions ensuring that I knew about the vehicle I was purchasing as well as sharing information on the vehicle. He walked me through options for trade-in versus not. Most importantly for me, I appreciated his giving me the space to think through the purchasing process without pressure and the willingness to answer questions. Excellent customer service!
