Long Beach BMW

This is my first time having BMW. I’m glad that I met Tony Nguyen. Tony was super helpful and professional. He made everything easy and helped me getting my car faster than expected. He was always available to answer my questions. Pik Lee was also very helpful and explaining everything thoroughly. Amazing people at this Long Beach location. Both were super kind and amazing. Just picked up our new BMW X3! Our sales person, Andy El Reda, was awesome! He helped us custom order our vehicle in December and delivered the keys & vehicle to us Friday night! Love it! And Sam made the paperwork and loan process so easy. Couldn’t be happier! We will be asking for Andy again when we purchase our next vehicle!

Really positive experience with Alan and Matt. Super responsive to a last minute request to place a deposit on a vehicle and these guys made magic happen to get the vehicle signed over to me in less than two hours. So far the car has been amazing. Complete opposite of what I expected a user car shopping experience to feel like (and that’s a great thing)
