I went to the tent sale unsure if I would leave with the car I wanted, but my sales guy Chip explained things in a way that made it easy to understand. Kyle Ketcherside and Bobby both made sure to make me feel like they were happy with me choosing Suntrup and made me feel completely welcomed. All three of these guys made sure that I understood everything and ensured I left feeling knowledgeable about my purchase and all the little details that came with it. service tech Albert Aandrade, helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. He was very informative & kept me in the loop whenever I had questions in regards to my vehicle. Which is a huge thing for me of course because I have had experiences where I rarely could get in touch with my service tech when I drop my vehicle off for maintenance. Definitely appreciated his professionalism.
