I had a pleasant experience buying my electric recliner at Lay-z-boy in Tucson. The sales associate, Janelle Wall, provided excellent customer service. She did not oversell her product. She demonstrated all the functions of the chair I finally purchased. She did not rise me or use aggressive sales techniques. She facilitated my being able to purchase the recliner I wanted, on sale, and with a timely delivery date. It is hard to adequately express the high level of service Janelle Wall provided. It is a wonderful store and has superior employees. I’ve recommended the store, my recliner, and Janelle to several friends. Thank you.

We were looking for a more contemporary recliner and stopped at La-Z-Boy today. David met us and asked what we were looking for. After a short discussion he showed use several options. We ended up with a dual recliner option and are so pleased. We just moved here and we were able to get delivery in three days. We are so pleased with David and the experience. NO pressure. Thanks David, we'll be back.

This is my go-to place for comfortable furniture. They custom make most things so be prepared to wait. They have some pretty cool clearance stuff as well. Their warranty is the best I have found. Prices are good and remember, you get what you pay for. The people are very helpful and are there to help you make good decisions. Debbie helped us with fabric and upgraded cushions. Cynthia is an excellent sales person. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. I will always ask for her when I shop at Connextion. I was looking for a specific dinette set so I called the store to enquire if they could order it. She was able to research the set I wanted and called me back within a few minutes with the specifics. We had a great experience yesterday at Furniture Connextion! We needed a kitchen table asap and Cynthia made that happen. We decided on a table that was being sold as a set with four chairs, however we didn't need the chairs - only the table. She was able to accommodate our request and we were able to purchase the table without the chairs. Cynthia was also able to set up the table delivery for today. We now have our new table.

Furniture Connextion has some very interesting pieces of furniture. We were looking for two bar stools and two chairs for the living room. We found all four! The prices are reasonable and the furniture we chose is made in America. Cynthia was a great salesperson. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. Definitely recommend this place.
