My vehicle broke down, engine knocking and was stuck in LA. I talked to David, got my vehicle over to the shop. Assessed the damages right away and sent me videos and pictures. Gave me an estimate for the work that needed immediate attention and pointed out the items that can wait which I appreciated. He wasn’t pushy, he was very informative and understanding. I approved the work. He kept me updated on the progress, from engine arrival right down to the new tires I needed. They were fast, answered any questions I had and I didn’t need to keep calling for an update. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge. Needless to say I will be bringing all of my cars to be serviced by Adams.
