When asked what I liked about my experience with CBA, my response was "Everything!". Literally. The speed and efficiency in which my repairs were completed. The competitive rates. The frequency of communication during the entire process, from vehicle check-in to vehicle pick-up. I truly appreciated the detailed report (with photos!) documenting the repairs needed. CBA even suspected, investigated, found, and repaired a deeper issue within my vehicle's system that would either have caused additional repairs in the future or potential further damage to the vehicle's system. This experience exceeded my expectations in every way.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Excellent mechanic work. Have an older 2006 Lexus sedan in great body shape that needed several updates to replace A/C hoses, tune-up, some repairs under hood. Now averaging nearly 27 mpg again, air is cold and runs as well as it did when new.
