First time to the Exclusive Repair shop 4/28/23 as I just moved to La Vista in Dec ‘22. I’ll go back absolutely for sure! So impressed with everything they gave to offer. Service advisor was friendly and thoroughly. Shop clean and organized. Customer waiting area is so comfortable and nice. Technician, Vinnie, is great and explained everything I had questions about and actually showed me a couple things I was curious about on my Pilot. Service is great and cost is fair and reasonable. I’ve found my Omaha auto shop!

Instead of trying to mark everything they've done on my car, let me say I take my 2004 Civic there for pretty much everything. Not body repair, but engine breaks, they make sure she's basically caught up on all her shots. They are wonderful, and I completely trust them, where my car is concerned. I have been going there for 15 years and will not take my car anywhere else.

Great experience. They were quick, professional, and honest. The waiting area is wonderful. It is quiet, comfortable and has plenty of room on top of the beverages, newspaper, etc. so the wait flies by. They were very clear about recommendations and no pressure to add on services. I highly recommend to any Honda owner.
