Shums Auto Repair

I came here for a purchase inspection for a car I was planning on buying. Inside is very clean and professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I even came back that same day do have some repairs done, which was done in a couple hours. Everyone there was great, from the manager, Chris, to the mechanic who looked at my car and walked me through all the small things that might need repair in the future. Everyone was very helpful, informative, polite and friendly. The manager even sent me a follow-up text a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Customer service was above and beyond what is normal from a service shop these days. I highly recommend taking your car there.

First off, staff is very professional and friendly. Explains issues precisely and thoroughly. Waiting area has free coffee/beverages for paying customers which is a plus and smells nice and clean. All fixes/changes on vehicles are reported to car fax to keep everything on record which is amazing as well. This is my new place we will be coming to for all my future vehicle needs!
