I came to this Shop because my Check Engine light was on and i was so afraid something serious was going on with my Volvo. I was so happy to hear i was missing my Gas Cap from my Gas Tank. Some mechanics would have use this to charge me for some unnecessary repairs. Thanks for being Honest and Trustworthy, i will return in the future and I would recommend to Others.

We just moved to the area and everyone around recommended this shop. And Universal did not disappoint! They’re honest, they do great work, and they were so helpful to me in understanding what’s going on with my car. Not to mention , they are fair and honest folks!
