Mr. Castleberry has certainly earned his certifications and is putting his knowledge to great use. My carpet look new and smell so good. I just bought my home and didn’t know the history but suspected the previous owners possibly had pets and the house was empty prior to me moving in with possible rodents. In addition, my children and I have allergies. I am amazed and so very pleased with his services. I am speechless as to the quality of his work.

When I moved my furniture out in preparation for the new furniture, I was able to see evidence of human and dog accidents. I was considering pulling up the carpet and going with hard wood but wasn’t ready to create another bill just yet. I was fooling around on the computer looking up carpet cleaners in the area. When I saw the trapped dirt, carpet fiber and dog fur come to the surface - can you say shocked! I’ve had the carpet “professionally” cleaned regularly but what I was getting was a surface cleaning… Never again! Carpet restoration is the way to go! My carpet look like new! Mr. Castleberry told me he was the best in the industry and when he finished I had to agree!
