When my computer and equipment got struck by a power surge and went completely dark, Cooper Systems did a excellent job getting me and my small business back up and going with a great, fast, reliable replacement Phoenix Computer and they were able to work their magic and retrieve all of my files and precious pictures off of my completely dead computer. their onsite service technicians where even able to come get my system set back up and explained how to do everything so that I felt at ease getting back to using my computer and my life back to normal. I'm forever in their debt with gratitude for everything they have done. everyone was super nice and patient to work with and I will definitely be a customer of theirs for life for any and all of my computer needs.

Everything has been excellent. When the machine I purchased from them almost 10 years ago started running very slow they brought it back to faster when it was new.
