Ms. Pat made my unit move-in experience very pleasant. My initial unit was in a section that had no lighting due to a blown light bulb. And Ms. Pat quickly rectified the situation & got me into a unit that had lights installed by the previous renter. She insured I was pleased with my unit & that I was safe before she left. Ms. Pat made this experience very easy.

If you ever need a place to store your items, this is the place to be. I love the Devon Storage facility because of the easy access to getting in and out of the gates. I also love how friendly the staff is every time I enter the store. They are very passionate about helping all of their customers. Thank You Devon.

The Office Assistants was great. Mrs.Mitchell Is Awesome At Her Job. If You In Need Of A Storage This Is A GREAT LOCATION.

Hi. Thanks to Mr. Will, Store Manager at Hollywood Location. So professional, fast , kind & knowledgeable. Mr. Will you should be in the commercials for Extra Space! Arrived panicked & stressed. Leaving felt only blessed! I arrived at 5:53 pm contract/ review, update info, payment, code & tour! Contract email at 5:58pm. Perfect timing they close at 6 pm. Only have chosen Extra Space for storage Best place for my extra space. Thanks will return. I recommend Mr. Will at Hollywood location or any closer to you! Emergency move. Thanks. I feel safer with its in storage than in home.

Very responsive! My wife and I had a seamless and quick experience getting a storage site booked and moved into same day, which was more difficult than you’d imagine while contacting other storage sites around the Memphis area. They also had the cheapest prices as a bonus!
